Our firm was selected as a result of a design competition for the new location of the Foundation. We are extremely proud to be working with the Foundation on this exciting next chapter of their history. We have been charged with the transformation of a former church facility into the new community based headquarters for the Foundation. Having outgrown their current location, the new location provides numerous opportunities to better serve the community.  Please see attached preliminary exterior renderings of that transformation. Construction is anticipated to begin in April of 2014.

We are currently working with two owners of adjacent former mill type buildings in the Historic Bagg Square West area of downtown Utica.  The area is undergoing a surge of redevelopment and reinvestment on the heels of much anticipated positive economic news for the Mohawk Valley.  The buildings will be redeveloped as mixed-use buildings with upper floor luxury loft apartments.  For sustainability and economy, the owners intend to develop shared parking and elevator service for both buildings.  Construction is anticipated to begin this summer.  Watch for progress information and photos.
